Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour or activity with us

By making a booking with NN Tour & Travel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that all members have agreed to these terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" means NN Tour & Travel and its authorised agents
  • "Traveller" means any person booked on a tour or activity through our services
  • "Booking" means any reservation confirmed in writing by the Company
  • "Package" means a combination of two or more travel services sold together
  • "Services" means all tours, activities, tickets, hotel bookings, and travel services

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from NN Tour & Travel and the required deposit or full payment. Verbal commitments or WhatsApp messages do not constitute a binding booking unless followed by a written confirmation email.

  • Bookings must be made by a person aged 18 or over
  • All information provided at time of booking must be accurate and complete
  • You are responsible for ensuring all travellers have valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by package and are specified at time of booking. Generally:

  • Deposit: 25–50% of total cost required to confirm booking
  • Balance payment: Due 30 days before departure (or at time of booking for last-minute reservations)
  • Activity tickets: Full payment required at time of booking

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. All prices are quoted in the currency stated and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to support@nntourtravel.com. The following charges apply:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total booking value
  • 15–30 days before departure: 25% of total booking value
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total booking value
  • Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% of total booking value (non-refundable)
Activity tickets and same-day bookings are non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled by the operator. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

5. Amendments & Changes

Requests to amend a confirmed booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and any additional costs. Where changes result in a price reduction, refunds will be issued less any administration charges. Where changes result in a price increase, the additional amount must be paid within 48 hours.

The Company reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries (such as order of visits, specific hotels at same or higher category) without prior notice when necessary for operational reasons.

6. Liability & Limitations

NN Tour & Travel acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, activity operators, and other service providers. While we carefully select our suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure): natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions, strikes
  • Loss or damage to personal property during the tour
  • Personal injury, illness, or death unless directly caused by our negligence
  • Delays caused by airlines, weather, traffic, or other external factors

Our maximum liability to any traveller shall not exceed the total price paid for the booking in question.

7. Health, Passports & Visas

  • Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports (with at least 6 months validity beyond return date)
  • Visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveller — we provide guidance but cannot guarantee visa approval
  • Some destinations require specific vaccinations; travellers are responsible for checking health requirements
  • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation, and curtailment is strongly recommended

8. Traveller Conduct

Travellers are expected to behave in a manner respectful of local laws, customs, and other travellers. The Company reserves the right to exclude any traveller whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or dangerous, without refund, at any point during a tour.

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be raised with our local representative or WhatsApp support team at the earliest opportunity during your trip so we can resolve it promptly. Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of return to support@nntourtravel.com. Late complaints may not be considered.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, itineraries, and materials — is the property of NN Tour & Travel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. By booking with us, you agree to this jurisdiction.
